Jay Keating
Director, Hosted Operations
Jay is an IT operations professional with a managed data center background. Jay is responsible for service delivery and customer relations management of Quaero's hosted solutions. With a strong infrastructure management and 24x7 operations background, Jay focuses on optimizing the Quaero customer experience through IT industry standard processes and management tools.
Prior to joining Quaero, Jay was Vice President of Managed Services at NaviSite where he was responsible for a global team of systems engineers and delivery professionals. Jay holds technical certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, I.T.I.L Service Management. and served in the U.S. Army Reserves as an Information Systems Sergeant.
