Mauricio Zamora has 16 years of product and consulting services experience in mission critical, high scale/volume applications. He specializes in building high performing teams capable of delivering technical solutions that result in measurable business value.

Mauricio came to Quaero from within CSG Systems where he served as Executive Director for Team Navigator, a group responsible for defining the overall ACPx product vision and technical architecture. Team Navigator also was responsible for transforming a large portion of the development organization to enterprise scale agile development methodologies.

Prior to CSG Systems, Mauricio was the Vice President of Engineering, Chief Architect and cofounder of Telution, a billing, customer care and order management provider for the telecommunications and cable space. Telution was acquired by CSG Systems in 2006. Prior to Telution, Mauricio worked for Accenture, specializing in technical consulting services for the financial services industry.

Mauricio graduated from Texas A&M University with a BA in Management Information Systems. He received the coveted CSG System's Award for Excellence in 2008 for leading 140+ individuals through an agile transformation that resulted in significantly improved business results.
