Naras Eechambadi joined CSG in December of 2008 as part of CSG's acquisition of Quaero, a leading marketing solutions provider with a simple but powerful focus: using customer insights and strategy to drive business decisions. Today, Eechambadi is responsible for all aspects of Quaero's business operations, which enable clients to shift from traditional campaign-driven marketing to the real-time cross channel customer interactions that create dialogues, improve the customer experience, and increase overall customer value.

As the founder of Quaero, Eechambadi is one of the most recognized thought leaders and innovators in marketing today.  Since founding the company in 1999, he has developed Quaero's Six Dimensions of Marketing Performance into a industry blueprint for marketing success. This proprietary framework has played a key role in helping a variety of companies and organizations including Fidelity Investments, Wells Fargo, Bayer Healthcare, Johnson and Johnson, Hewlett Packard, Marriott, Disney and Dow Jones accelerate their customer value and maximize the ROI from their marketing programs.

Naras is the author of High-Performance Marketing: Bringing Method to the Madness of Marketing, a valuable resource for anyone involved in the marketing process that needs to develop clear and understandable marketing metrics for senior executives. Naras has taught marketing at both the University of Connecticut and the University of California at Berkeley. Most recently, he won the coveted Stevie Award for Marketing Executive of the Year at the 2009 American Business Awards.

Prior to founding Quaero, Naras was a senior vice president at Wachovia (now part of Wells Fargo) where he created the organization's knowledge based marketing group. He also worked for McKinsey & Company where he launched the CRM practice. Naras served as associate director of marketing sciences at BBDO and vice president of new product development for The Bases Group (now Nielsen BASES).

Customer Think Editorial BoardNaras received his PhD. in marketing from the University of Texas at Austin. He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a masters degree in management science from Northwestern University.
